Since the death of my husband. I'm not able to afford the place on my own anymore. And I can't afford to rent anywhere else.

If you are interested. I am going to need help with the room. So your first month will be free, with the help of getting the room ready. Then rent is 700.00 a month and 350.00 security deposit. May also need fee for back gound check.
