St. Mary’s College of Maryland at Historic St. Mary’s City is accepting résumés for the position of Senior Graphic Designer.   As the Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and modification of design content. From logo design to art direction, renderings, mockups, and print production, this position will have their hand in a variety of projects. A large majority of work will be completed within the Adobe Suite. You will serve by creating a myriad of graphic design deliverables. Come and use your gifts daily to strategically reflect the College's brand internally and externally.

Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art or a related field preferred. At least five years of professional design experience with communications materials that exemplify a brand. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite; experience in print piece construction with respect to folds, turns, etc. a plus; experience in 3D and environmental design for signage, vehicles, indoor and outdoor collateral a plus. Knowledge of image/graphic preparation for web and social media is required. Some technical background in photography is preferred, and expert photo-editing experience with Photoshop and Lightroom is required. Intermediate illustration skills required.  Any combination of acceptable education and experience, which has provided the necessary knowledge and skills to fulfill the requirements of this position, may be considered.  Employment will be contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check.
